If you think you'll be issuing to less than 50,000 people a year, continue creating an account to start setting up your account and pay for a plan through your account billing settings.

No matter your size, if you have any challenges along the way, our knowledge base will help answer your questions and you can always contact support from your dashboard if it gets stuck.

If you are on our self-service plans, a signed agreement is not a requirement as when you sign up on our website and select the plan of your choice (billed monthly with an annual commitment), you will see a reference to our Terms of use.

Simply click "Start for free" anywhere on our website and create an account. No credit card is required. Once you have decided how many recipients you require, you can upgrade from your account page.

Yes, all of our plans are annual, but you can pay monthly or annually. It's totally up to you. Annual payment gives you a discount of 20%.

There are no additional fees (like setup or maintenance) beyond the cost of your plan tier and any add-on features you've selected, like the branding and marketing add-on or if you want to purchase extra credits during your annual term.

Quoted prices are ex-VAT. 20% VAT will be added at checkout.

All our plans are for one year. But you can choose to pay annually or monthly, depending on your preference.

The issued digital credentials remain active (as long as you have not put an expiration date on them). For mid-year cancellations, please see our cancellation and refund policy.

Yes of course, our Enterprise plans are available to pay by bank transfer. Just contact us once you have your free trial account set up and we'll arrange it for you.

Whether one has more benefits than the other really depends on your organisation. Some organisations prefer the digital certificate because it is more familiar to a traditional certificate. On the other hand, some like the digital badge because it is a more modern approach. And so, some like to use both to get the best of both worlds.

Regardless of how you choose to display your credentials, the key benefits are that the digital credentials (a badge, a certificate, or both) cannot be forged, they are easily shared and always display current information.

Yes. Make sure your data is available in spreadsheet format and upload it to our system. The spreadsheet upload creation method can handle issuing to 1000s of recipients in one upload.

If you have an existing certificate design, you're already part of the way. You'll need to save the design (without any dynamic text or images like QR codes overlaid) as an image file. You can use this as a basis for designing your certificate in Certify. You will need to recreate the dynamic text portion of your designs in Certify.

If you are having problems or don't have a design to start with, you can request help from a designer to create and configure your design for you, contact us for pricing.

The recipient will receive an email with a "View my credential" button to view their credential. Our credentials are also mobile-friendly, so recipients can view them on their mobile devices.

Recipients receive their certificate or badge via email and can access their credential at any time using their email address and password.

Certify sends credential emails to its credential earners. You can control the appearance and other email settings through our platform.

You can issue certificates and digital badges to students "in person" by adding them to Certify just like any other credential record; you can add these recipients one at a time OR upload a spreadsheet.

You can issue as many certificates and badges as you like to a recipient. We don't limit it. Your only consideration is the number of unique recipients you have in your plan. This is based on a unique email address.

No. Each plan has a cap on the number of unique earners per year. Any recipients issued to during your annual plan do not count in subsequent years unless you issue a credential for them in the next year.

Can credential earners pay Certify to receive their certificate?

There are no additional costs for keeping the credential "alive" after it is issued. If a credential expires and you need to reissue a new one, this will require additional credit.

Yes, you can upgrade to a larger package at any time. Just log in to your account and see the options in the billing section of your account.

You can send as many certificates and badges as you like to each person. Pricing is based on the number of unique people you are sending them to. Sending multiple certificates or badges to 'yourname@example.com' only counts towards a single credit on your plan allowance as long as they are sent in the same year as your billing cycle.

No. Our agreements clearly state that we cannot share your data with third parties who are not bound by our data privacy agreement and who are not mentioned in our data privacy agreement.

We will keep your credentials active in perpetuity so that your credential earners can retrieve them and the links they received or shared are not interrupted. You can log back into your account at any time and continue your subscription.
